Như đã thông tin, diễn viên nổi tiếng với những vai hài và vai trò MC đã bị cảnh sát Mỹ tóm sống. Do vụ việc xảy ra ở Mỹ nên thẩm quyền điều tra sẽ thuộc về cơ quan có thẩm quyền ở Mỹ chứ phía Việt Nam không thể can thiệp. Và như vậy thì cơ hội "chạy án" là vô cùng khó khăn

Hôm nay 28/3, mạng xã hội bất ngờ lan truyền thông tin nghệ sĩ hài Minh Béo bị bắt tại Mỹ vì những cáo buộc liên quan đến chuyện lạm dụngtrẻ em. Trước thông tin này, quản lý của nam nghệ sĩ xác nhận Minh Béo đã bị cảnh sát Mỹ bắt giữ. Ngay cả gia đình của anh ở Việt Nam cũng không thể liên lạc được với nam diễn viên hài suốt 3 ngày qua.

Khi được hỏi về thông tin Minh Béo dính líu đến một vụ lạm dụng trẻ em đang được lan truyền trên mạng, người quản lý cho rằng có thể nam diễn viên hài "bị gài bẫy" và hiện đang nhờ người thân tại Mỹ thuê luật sư để bảo vệ anh.


Nghệ sĩ hài Minh Béo

Thông tin nghệ sĩ hài Minh Béo bị bắt giữ nhanh chóng lan truyền trên cộng đồng mạng và khiến nhiều người xôn xao. Tuy nhiên, do Minh Béo bị bắt giữ tại nước ngoài nên nhiều thông tin đồn đoán khác nhau liên quan đến hành vi mà Minh Béo đang bị "cáo buộc".

Để rộng đường dư luận, báo điện tử Người đưa tin trích đăng một số ý kiến của chuyên gia pháp lý liên quan đến vụ việc:

Chia sẻ với dưới góc độ, thẩm quyền giải quyết vụ việc có dấu hiệu hình sự trên, thạc sĩ luật chuyên ngành hình sự, Nguyễn Thị Hằng (Công ty luật TNHH Tôi Yêu Luật) cho hay: Do vụ việc xảy ra ở Mỹ nên thẩm quyền điều tra sẽ thuộc về cơ quan có thẩm quyền ở Mỹ. Ở Mỹ có luật Liên Bang và luật của Bang cho nên phải xem hành vi xảy ra ở đâu mới có căn cứ áp dụng pháp luật.

Cũng theo thạc sĩ Hằng: “Vụ việc mới dừng lại ở thông tin là nghệ sĩ Minh Béo bị bắt, chưa có kết luận chính thức từ phía cơ quan chức năng nên rất khó khẳng định về trách nhiệm pháp lý mà nghệ sĩ này phải đối mặt. Tuy nhiên, nếu đúng như thông tin đang lan truyền trên mạng, với hành vi xâm phạm trẻ em, rất có thể nghệ sĩ Minh Béo phải đối mặt với án tù”.

Cũng chia sẻ với PV báo điện tử Người đưa tin, luật sư Nguyễn Văn Đạt, Đoàn luật sư TP. Hà Nội nhận định: "Vụ việc xảy ra ngoài lãnh thổ Việt Nam thì không áp dụng luật hình sự Việt Nam mà phải căn cứ vào luật của nước sở tại. Hiện thông tin nghệ sĩ Minh Béo bị bắt ở Mỹ vẫn chưa rõ ràng. Nên nhớ ở Mỹ có các bộ luật Liên bang và luật của các Bang.

Hành vi tấn công trẻ em với những nước như Mỹ bị coi là hành vi rất nghiêm trọng và họ có những hình phạt rất nghiêm bao gồm cả hình phạt tiền và hình phạt tù đối với người có hành vi quấy rối, xâm hại trẻ em. Dĩ nhiên, chưa thể vội vàng kết luận nghệ sĩ hài Minh Béo có những hành vi này. Kết luận quá vội vàng sẽ ảnh hưởng đến uy tín của chính nghệ sĩ và gia đình nghệ sĩ", luật sư Nguyễn Văn Đạt cho hay.

Minh Béo, tên thật Hồng Quang Minh (sinh ngày 27 tháng 12 năm 1977) là một nam diễn viên hài, diễn viên kịch, diễn viên điện ảnh, người dẫn chương trình và đạo diễn sân khấu nổi tiếng Việt Nam.

Những vai diễn ấn tượng: Cậu Phước (Số đỏ), Ông già Tàu (Làm gái), Minh nhổ lông vịt (Đêm giao thừa đáng nhớ), Tám búa xua (Mướn chồng)...Minh Béo là người Việt gốc Hoa, quê ở Tiền Giang. Anh đã tốt nghiệp Khoa Diễn viên Kịch (1999), Khoa Đạo diễn (2005) trường Cao đẳng Sân khấu Điện ảnh TP HCM, Đại học Ngoại ngữ Hà Nội (1999).

Ngoài ra, Minh Béo còn là diễn viên của nhiều bộ phim truyền hình như Tội phạm, Lục Vân Tiên, Dưới cờ đại nghĩa, Anh chỉ có mình em... và đạo diễn kịch của Người cùng xóm, Những dòng xoáy, Chế tạo ca sĩ...Nam diễn viên hài còn là một MC được nhiều người ngưỡng mộ.
