Theo GameRant đưa tin, cơn sốt tin đồn về phần thứ ba của tựa game "huyền thoại" Half-Life đang bùng nổ trở lại. Người hâm mộ đang nuôi hy vọng về một thông báo chính thức trong năm 2025, sau quăng thời gian chờ đợi đằng đẵng kể từ năm 2007.
Cụ thể, cộng đồng game thủ đang rầm rộ chia sẻ một đoạn video liên quan đến thông tin về Half-Life 3. Đoạn video được Mike Shapiro, diễn viên lồng tiếng cho nhân vật phản diện G-Man đăng tải trên trang X (Twitter) cá nhân.

Owner of American International School Vietnam arrested for disrupting public order
|
The owner of the American International School Vietnam (AISVN) has been arrested for disrupting public order and inciting vandalism in front of the school's gate.
Ho Chi Minh City police said Nguyen Thi Ut Em, 62, the school owner, and two other people, Do Linh Phuong and Nguyen Thanh Trieu, are under investigation on charges of "disturbance of public order."
Investigators alleged that in late March, amid a dispute over the school’s management, Em and a group of individuals gathered at the AISVN campus gate and caused a public disturbance, affecting security and social order.
Ho Chi Minh City Inspectorate has also asked the police to probe into suspected illegal capital mobilization by the AISVN American International Education Joint Stock Company through loan and education investment contracts signed with students' parents.
Founded in 2006, AISVN offers curricula under the International Baccalaureate (IB) program.
Annual tuition ranges from VND280–350 million (US$11,000–13,750) for kindergarten, VND450–500 million for primary school, and VND600–725 million for middle and high school. The school employs around 130 foreign teachers, 26 Vietnamese teachers, and over 100 staff members.
AISVN drew public attention in late 2023 when a group of parents demanded repayment of debts. They claimed the school had borrowed tens of billions of dong without interest or collateral, under the guise of loan and investment contracts.
In return, their children were offered free tuition, with the school promising to repay the money after the students graduated or transferred to other schools. However, the parents said they never received the promised repayments.

Công ty sẽ siết chặt việc thực thi các quy định nghiêm khắc hơn trong vài tháng tới.
Một trong các biện pháp mà YouTube áp dụng là gỡ bỏ video nhưng không phạt chủ kênh. Năm 2023, nền tảng đă khởi động chương tŕnh đào tạo cho các nhà sáng tạo nội dung bị nhận cảnh báo.
Theo đó, sau khi hoàn thành khóa học, YouTube sẽ xóa bỏ các cảnh báo trên kênh, miễn là họ không vi phạm chính sách tương tự trong 90 ngày.

The question many are asking is: Where will this massive sum come from?
At the ongoing appeals trial in Ho Chi Minh City, lawyer Giang Hong Thanh - defending Truong My Lan - shared insights with VietNamNet about the financial sources currently available for restitution.
Over 24 trillion VND already secured
According to Official Letter No. 1948/CTHADS-NV2, issued by the Ho Chi Minh City Civil Judgment Enforcement Department on March 24, 2025, there are three primary sources of money identified:
Over 8.659 trillion VND already sits in enforcement accounts or frozen bank accounts.
More than 15.383 trillion VND is owed to Truong My Lan by various individuals and organizations.
In total, more than 24.043 trillion VND in liquid and receivable assets have been tracked so far.
Additional assets worth over 10 trillion VND
The court also ordered the seizure of various shares and real estate assets belonging to Truong My Lan, valued at over 10 trillion VND, to ensure compliance with the verdict.

Former legislators sentenced in major corruption case

Former National Assembly deputies Luu Binh Nhuong and Le Thanh Van, along with their associates, were sentenced to prison on Monday by the Thai Binh People's Court in connection with extorting property and abusing positions of power for personal gain. Nhuong received a 13-year prison sentence, which included three years for "extorting property" and 10 years for "abusing positions and power to influence others for personal gain."
Le Thanh Van was sentenced to seven years, while Nguyen Van Vuong, a former specialist from the Legal Department at the Presidential Office, received a 14-year prison term for "abusing positions and power to influence others for personal gain."
According to court documents, the defendants had coordinated several illegal activities, including extorting assets from the Sao Do Group's branch in Thai Binh Province, interfering in civil court proceedings in Hai Phong City, and manipulating project approvals in Bac Ninh and Quang Ninh provinces. These actions significantly disrupted the social order and negatively impacted the investment climate in those areas.
The case's focal point was the extortion of assets from Sao Do Company, which caused considerable financial damage. As part of the sentencing, the court ordered Nhuong to repay VND7.1 billion (approximately US$279,600) to the State, while Van was instructed to return VND60 million.

Vietnamese police arrested 24 suspects on Saturday in connection with a large-scale scam operating from Cambodia, in which victims were deceived into investing in fraudulent online casino platforms. The operation defrauded individuals of trillions of Vietnamese dong, with one trillion dong equaling approximately US$39.5 million.
The suspects, whose identities have not been revealed, are under investigation for using computer networks, telecommunications, and electronic means to commit fraud. The arrests came after a collaborative effort by Tay Ninh police, the Criminal Police Department, and the Border Guard, following the detention of 177 Vietnamese citizens in Cambodia for illegal labor and residency in Bavet City, Svay Rieng Province.
The scam was reportedly run by a Chinese national identified as "HeYuki," who rented two floors of a building in Bavet City to operate the fraudulent operation. Employees were organized into specialized roles, including management, sales, and support staff. The scheme targeted Vietnamese victims by sending them a link to a fake online casino website, "Casino Bay Sands," where they were promised substantial winnings by exploiting alleged "system errors" in the casino platform.
Initially, victims who made small deposits received winnings, which encouraged them to invest larger sums. However, once victims deposited substantial amounts, their chances of winning decreased, and their accounts were eventually locked.
One of the arrested suspects, a 36-year-old woman from Soc Trang Province, claimed she was trafficked to Cambodia under the pretext of selling fruit, only to be coerced into working for scam companies. As a "salesperson," she contacted victims, posing as a representative of major businesses, and convinced them that the casino app would "malfunction" at certain intervals, guaranteeing wins during these times. Several legal experts said the Constitution doesn’t require that pardons be signed directly by the president; the use of a mechanical device for signatures is not prohibited.
Memos by the Office of the Solicitor General in 1929 and the Justice Department’s Office of Legal Counsel in 2005 also say a president’s hand signature is not required.
There is no constitutional mechanism for overturning pardons, and an 1869 judicial ruling found that once delivered, a pardon is final.
President Donald Trump claimed some of former President Joe Biden’s pardons are invalid because Biden used an autopen.
"The ‘Pardons’ that Sleepy Joe Biden gave to the Unselect Committee of Political Thugs, and many others, are hereby declared VOID, VACANT, AND OF NO FURTHER FORCE OR EFFECT, because of the fact that they were done by Autopen," Trump wrote March 17 on Truth Social. He referred to Biden’s pardons of congressional members who served on the committee that investigated the Jan. 6, 2021, U.S. Capitol attack.
It’s uncertain to us whether Biden used an "autopen" — a mechanical device that uses a robotic arm with a pen attached — to sign the pardons. Yet, Trump also claimed that Biden "did not sign" the pardons and "did not know anything about them!"
Trump’s post followed his statements days earlier criticizing Biden’s use of the autopen.
"Everything was signed by autopen — almost everything," Trump said March 13. "Nobody has ever heard of such a thing."
Biden is not the first U.S. president to use an autopen. Presidents Barack Obama, John F. Kennedy and Thomas Jefferson used autopens or mechanized signing devices.
