Theo Tổng Cục Hải Quan, 5 tháng đầu năm, Việt Nam đă chi 7,3 tỷ USD nhập khẩu hàng hóa từ Mỹ, tăng vọt 21% so với cùng kỳ. Một số mặt hàng nổi bật:
🧶Bông các loại: Gần 455.000 tấn, tăng 116% về lượng và 79% về giá trị (gần 800 triệu USD). Mỹ chiếm hơn 52% thị phần nhập khẩu bông vào Việt Nam.
🪵Gỗ nguyên liệu: Tăng 52%, đứng thứ hai về thị phần sau khi được miễn thuế nhập khẩu.
🍎Trái cây tươi, rau quả: 297 triệu USD, tăng 43%, nâng thị phần lên 25% tổng giá trị nhập khẩu nhóm này.
🌱Đậu nành: Mỹ chiếm 48% thị phần, giá trị nhập khẩu tăng hơn 10%.
🌾Lúa ḿ: Tăng 26%.
💻Máy vi tính, linh kiện, ô tô, thiết bị công nghệ cao: Tăng mạnh do nhu cầu sản xuất và tiêu dùng trong nước.
Làn sóng nhập khẩu này mở ra cơ hội lớn và đi kèm thách thức về logistics: từ thủ tục hải quan, tối ưu chi phí vận chuyển đến quản lư kho băi.

According to the General Department of Vietnam Customs, in the first five months of the year, Vietnam imported goods worth USD 7.3 billion from the United States — a sharp 21% increase year-over-year. Notable categories include:
🧶Cotton: Nearly 455,000 tons, up 116% in volume and 79% in value (nearly USD 800 million). The U.S. accounts for over 52% of Vietnam’s total cotton imports.
🪵Raw wood: Increased 52%, ranking second in market share after being granted import tax exemption.
🍎Fresh fruits and vegetables: Imports reached USD 297 million, up 43%, raising the U.S. market share to 25% of the total value of this product group.
🌱Soybeans: The U.S. holds 48% of the market share, with import value growing by over 10%.
🌾Wheat: Up 26% in value.
💻Computers, components, automobiles, and high-tech equipment: Significant growth due to increasing domestic manufacturing and consumption demand.
