Trình bày tại tòa, cựu Chủ tịch tỉnh Lâm Đồng Trần Văn Hiệp thừa nhận được TGĐ Công ty Sài Gòn Đại Ninh hối lộ 4,2 tỷ đồng, nhưng không dùng số tiền này để tiêu xài mà mang đi làm từ thiện, việc làm từ thiện đều có giấy tờ xác nhận.
Của người phúc ta, mượn hoa cúng phật là đây chứ đâu. Nếu mà chủ tịch nào cũng được như ông Hiệp thì thật đúng là hồng phúc của dân tộc, Việt Nam sẽ trở thành quốc gia hùng cường với những vị quan biết lo nghĩ cho dân, biết ra tay trượng nghĩa cướp của người giàu chia cho người nghèo. Khổ cái đó cũng chỉ là mơ mà thôi, chứ tại thiên đường này khi chỉ tới chức cán bộ xã đã bắt đầu tìm cách hoạnh hoẹ dân chúng, kiếm tiền mọi cách và "đớp" dưới mọi hình thức. Chứ đừng nói leo lên được chức chủ tịch tỉnh như ông Hiệp, vậy mà còn lẻo mép trả lời ngây ngô nghĩ rằng dân sẽ tin.
Những tưởng được đào tạo bài bản, học hết sách vở rồi mới leo lên được chức vụ cao ngất ngưởng, vậy mà đầu óc vẫn nghĩ đơn giản bịa ra vài câu nói ảo là thoát tội. Chứng tỏ dàn lãnh đạo Việt cũng chỉ toàn là bọn ngu dốt không có kiến thức, chỉ có ăn cướp của dân là giỏi thôi.

That suffering is just a dream, but in this paradise, when only reaching the position of commune official, they have started to find ways to bully the people, make money by all means and "grab" it in all forms. Let alone climb to the position of provincial chairman like Mr. Hiep, and still naively answer, thinking that the people will believe.
I thought I was properly trained and learned all the books before I could climb to such a high position, but my mind still thinks that simply making up a few false statements will get me out of trouble. It proves that the Vietnamese leadership is just a bunch of ignorant fools who are only good at robbing the people.
