Well, this is nothing new. Anyone who has a good education from the West (particularly, America) would see this. I think he should conclude that the very fundamental problem with VN is the corruptions in the communist government. It is everywhere, every level and in the blood of the MOST officials. Why there is no good infrastructure in VN? Corruptions in the transportation department (remember the scandal?). Why do the real good students with true talent cannot get in to college? Why can't TRUE talented students go study aboard? Corruption in the educational system? Why are the education systems not as good Singapore, or Japan or Korea or Taiwan? Because of most of the teachers in VN are from COCC (Con Ong Chau Cha). Again corruptions...
What can he do to change this as Nguyen Tan Dung's son-in-law besides complaining or commenting in an interview? Nothing, nothing and nothing... Why? Because his father-in-law is Prime Minister... Now you got the picture....
