Nếu vụ phạt này được chấp hành nghiêm chỉnh, th́ đó là 1 điều đáng mừng. Phải phạt thật mạnh và nhiều vào cho dân chúng tuân thủ luật lệ và làm cho VN văn minh lên 1 chút. Chứ bây giờ khách du lịch ngoại quốc tới VN họ nh́n VN như là 1 nước mọi rợ. Xe xộ chạy trên đướng, trên vỉa hè, chạy ngược chiều, đèn xanh đèn đỏ chạy tuốt luốt, không c̣n ra cái thể thống ǵ cả.
